Ruchita Ayurveda BKT?

I second that. I bought Ruchita Ayurveda's BKT and some powders. I had to fight this seller to get my stuff. This seller only sent my stuff after I filled a paypal dispute after it had been a month.

Guys, you can buy a Dreamhair sample from Fabulosity, enough to do any length hair for way less than $40... trusted seller and you can research the treatment by name.

When you see people spending a couple hundred dollars for BKT (for home use) it's because they're buying a liter; enough for many treatments (more than one years worth)
 
I will NEVER order from Ruchita Ayurveda again. I have an order that she claims was sent two weeks ago, yet can't verify the day. I have yet to receive my order. Horrible!

I wish I would have done a search first. You ladies are ON IT!
 
Do NOT do business with this vendor. Do a search on the board. There are pages and PAGES of threads on why it would be massively FOOLISH to trust her with your money. She is BEYOND shady. :look:

Shoot, I even gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried doing business with her (in spite of tons and tons of negative reviews) thinking maybe she'd cleaned up her act....... :nono:

NOPE. I got burned - right along with everybody else. I couldn't BELIEVE I was so stupid to think that she would somehow be "scared straight" after all the negative reviews... :wallbash: Truth be told, I'm not totally convinced that she isn't mentally ill. I mean - seriously. You take dozens of orders (and payments) that you have ZERO intention of filling? Really? Who DOES that?!?!!? :rolleyes:

DON'T become a victim. There. You've been warned... :look:

I agree, ebay has better deals and it be less of a headache! I think it's the ok keratin brand. She placed a sticker with her name on the paper giving me directions for the BKT and it said OK Keratin.
 
HORRID! Never sent my order and then came on this site saying that she did and after I posted my refund from my Paypal dispute on the thread she STILL claimed I was wrong and she had sent it and I never recieved a refund.
I agree with the above, something may be wrong with that seller.
 
I ordered from Ruchita and I thought I was going to have problems. It took almost 3 weeks to get a response. Once I threatened to file a PayPal dispute if I did not hear back from her, the order was shipped to me. Never again!!!
 
This company is FRAUD. Please do not wasted your hard earned cash with this BOGUS company. There is no customer service to answer any of your inquires. The only time that this person contacts you is when you do a paypal dispute. TRUST me I have had an ongoing fight with this seller for a month, then when I do a paypal dispute he, she, it decides to contact me and say we can only ship to the address that is on file with paypal, no problem that is fine but WHEN r u shipping the order? NOTHING then I do a paypal dispute now she wants to work? she can respond to my emails now huh? The whole time telling her CANCEL my order, CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL...still no tracking number even to this day.
