I have been receiving treatment for traction alopecia for a year now and I have definetely seen an improvement. Now I actually have a hairline in the sense that it has filled in, however the hair is still very short; it only long enough to pick with my fingers but it has been this length for some time so I assume it will grow quite slowly, but is there anything I can do to encourage it to grow? I was thinking of braids but I have a feeling they will be too heavy and cause the hair to fall out again.
