Undid my twists to get ready to wash my hair.
I’m 99% certain that I gained about 3/4 of an inch of hair since Christmas (I tend to be a 1/3-1/2 inch per month girl).
I’ve been really consistent with my rosemary scalp spray, hair oiling and scalp massage. Gonna keep that up and see if I can maintain this rate!

Yooooo.

The Pattern Breakage Barrier Hair Mask + steamer is probably one of the best combos I have EVER used on my hair.

I used it before washing since I’d had my hair in twists for 2 weeks. As soon as I started running my fingers through my hair I was shook. Shook, I say. I didn’t detangle before putting this on my hair, but my fingers glided through my hair. I then washed my hair and my hair was STILL completely soft and detangled. I probably could have skipped the DC step, but didn’t want to rock the boat. Rinsed the DC out and didn’t even need a comb to section my hair and moisturize/seal before I put my hair up to dry. I also lost almost NO hair. During the routine. This is AMAZING.

Anyone ever try Cocoveda deep conditioner? It’s something I’m eyeing but don’t want to get too hype despite the infused herbs.

I just got this wild ah ha that my night sweats may be getting pushed because of oil on my scalp. I noticed my body would get so hot with oil after baths but I wonder if this hits my head too because I can’t wait a bonnet anymore unless it’s really cold out. Perimenopause you really strip me.

I want to buy that split ender tool and try it out.
I have one and love it. I'm actually on my 2nd one. I had the first one for probably 8 years? And I went to use it last fall and it was falling apart

The new one is much nicer than the first. And I think the new one was the same price as the first if not less expensive. Let me know if you have any questions.

Sadly, no. He has school friends now. We just got back from his first ever cruise. He had a ball @IDareT'sHair

@Plushottie id hesitate to leave when My youngest is so young and it’s only us. I know my oldest will not come

@faithVA so , I was looking at the right website. I’m feeling cheap. I ain’t paying $200. I saw it’s on sale and it still ain’t biting. Maybe I can get it for a birthday gift. I don’t feel it should be that much. I was expecting like $80 top.

Ideally I’d love for him to be around 14-15 and self aware if we leave the country and it’s just the two of us.

We already have a very small circle of friends for support so I don’t want to leave just yet but boy is it calling me. @Plushottie

I know I’m leaving NJ in two years no more than. 3 1/2 years for a southern state.

I was looking at which of the states match the same Veterans Benefits I get in NJ with the two states I was considering.

enjoying my biweekly silk presses and deep conditioning.I know my silk presses won't last in 90 degree weather especially when I work out

gotta figure out a style for spring and summer now

Glad I decided to follow my gut and wash my hair today. I WFH and had a light day so I washed my hair before I showered and I've been deep conditioning all day. My scalp feels great! :cloud9: I'm on a braids break but won't be able to get my hair re-braided until after Valentine's Day which is a little annoying. My parents offered to watch the LO so DH and I can go out and I wanted to look nice.
