I ahve gotten those a couple of times. I thought it was just like if I get a bump on my face.

Although I got some braids in too tight once and that caused bumps around my edges.

My mom gets that sometimes. I think that it is from a single strand being pulled t0o tightly and the skin around the root getting infected from hair product.

Thank you HoneyDew and goldensensation for responding.

The white puss bumps are more on the inside of my scalp.
BTW..I have a TWA, I don't pull on my scalp.

Yes that's it..what causes it though?

Do you grease/oil your scalp?

Products will silicone give me pimples around my hairline, that may be the deal with you?

Do you rinse well before you wash (I mean rinsing the scalp reaaaaaly well)?

I'm not really sure girl ! :scratchch--- are you oiling or greasing your scalp with something heavy? Thoroughly rinsing away all traces of conditioner in your regular washes? Washing the hair on a good schedule?

I wash weekly sometimes 2x...

I think I may stop using the heavy grease.
Also, make sure I rinse thoroughly.

Thank you ladies for your advice.
