Puritan\'s Pride Amino 1500

i just got my shipment of my PP vitamins today

well there amino 1500 pills are HUGE their like horse pills, on the label it said to take 2-3 pills 3 times a day, has any one taken these pills and how many a day did you take?? i took a wal mart brand before and they were small but these are huge. please respond, thank you

I only take 2 a day. The first time I took them I smashed them up, and put them in applesauce, but the second time around, I just swallowed the pill. I think they're a lot easier to swallow than GNC's Ultra Nourishair. You know, I think these pills are pretty decent, but lately I started drinking protein shakes once a day, and the shakes have so MUCH MORE aminos than I could ever get in those 2 pills. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll get the pills again after I finish my other 2 bottles.
