Anything in moderation should be fine. A lot of protein powders are low fat, low carbs, low calories and sugar, so you shouldn't have a problem, but I'm not familiar with the pro 55 blend.
I agree with Brownie. Check the carbohydrates. That's where the weight may come in at. I take Spirutein. I buy it at GNC. It's a soy protein and comes in lots of flavors.
Oh yeah, if weight is a concern, you should mix your shake with low fat milk. I use soy milk (Silk Vanilla flavor). It's sweet and mixes really well. Soy is supposedly good for hair growth also.
