While shopping at Trader Joe's today, I remembered I needed more protein powder. I decided to try a different one. I picked up Designer Whey Protein Powder. It has:
18g protein
200 mg calcium
2 g Fat
100 calories
3g carbohydrates
It's more expensive than what I normally buy, 12oz for $11.99. I'm going to try it in the am, with my mango smoothie. If I don't like it, I can always return it.
