I don't have a reggie because it keeps changing, well the products keep changing

however, what's consistent is very little heat. Maybe once a month, if that... and conditioner washes (although I do them less frequently).

I texlax every 8- 12 weeks and i'm currently 10 weeks post. I use no-lye.
