I find that my hair easily detangles with most of my conditioners during the first weeks after a touchup. But the tangles are just monstrous past 6 weeks as the new growth gets thick. What gave sufficient "slip" initially won't do anymore.

I've tried it before. Smelled really weird. I don't recall liking it. Same thing for the 911 leave-in. Smelled very Robitussin-like.

s curl no drip - does absolutely nothing for my hair (but i might give it another chance since i have a whole bottle or i might dilute it)

aussie hair insurance - HORRIBLE product, and the smell sucks

fantasia anti frizz serum - BAD product, won't buy it again

I would definately dilute the S-Curl or mix it with a little oil if you have it. Definately give it another try.
