Well I think I'm about 38-40 weeks post right now. I mostly cowash and do twist outs. I blowdry my hair maybe twice a month and flatiron once every one to two months. No heat is the true secret to my success. I love aussie moist for cowashing and ltr for my leave in. I poo once or twice a month. That's it. Nothing fancy at all.
