I use mine weekly because I Always DC with Heat.:yep:

When DC'ing with "Heat" i.e. Heat Cap or Steamer, the Hair is Raised and the Cuticle is "Lifted"/"Open"/"Swollen" to absorb the Conditioner.

I do a Final Rinse after my DC Treatment with Porosity Control ph 4.5 (or a similiar product i.e. French Stablizer Plus ph Balance 2.0, Nexxus Ensure Acidifying Conditioning Rinse 3.0) to restore the Hair's Ph Balance and to restrict/flatten/close the cuticle and return it to it's normal state.:yep:

I use it per the directions 30 seconds never longer than 1 minute and always after using a Heat Source for Deep Conditioning Treatments.:yep:

Hmm, I just used PC this weekend and I'm not quite sure if it is "working". I used it as a final step, so after my DC under heat. My hair now feels really, really soft. I have course 4a/b hair and my hair NEVER feels like this unless I blow dry. NO blow drying for me this weekend and my hair feels great. I'll try it again tomorrow and hopefully that'll give me a better feel for the product.

Thanks ladies :)

BTW: I'm natural.
