One poo w/ CON (lathered)
GPB
Humecto mixed w/ Porosity Control
Salerm 21 as a Leave-in

I washed/conditioned my hair Wednesday night. I used the following:

Shampoo: Suave Clarifying, followed by Cream of Nature Moisturizing shampoo (green and yellow bottle)
Conditioner: Motions CPR treatment followed by Motions MoisturePlus conditioner
Leave-In: 911 Emergency Leave-In conditioner

i used this as well. the last time I used these two I also used a paul mitchell poo and conditioner and my hair turned out hard and i was getting a little skeptical about elucence, but i used the products alone the last time and my hair was back to the silky results i'm used to when using elucence

. The detangling was ok because I finger combed alot before washing.

Nice, PC corrects the porosity of your hair...mine was way to porous (I could tell because it would dry very quickly). It can help to make the cuticle lay down too, therby making the hair smoother and easier to detangle.

Thanks Lunalight7!!!

When my hair is wet and i comb it out, it seems to poof a little when wet (instead of just flat)

. Could this be an indication that i have dry hair?

It could just be the natural texture of your hair...very tight curls, ya know? If it feels dry when it dries, then yeah...more moisture is needed. Then again, most type 4 / African American hair needs extra moisture, especially if chemically treated. HTH.

My husband said "Your hair is soo soft. What products did you use?" That lets me know it must extra soft because he doesn't usually ask what I put in my hair unless it smells yummy. He usually just say it's soo soft and leave it at that.
