I use them too. I forgot the name but its is the coloring section at Sally's Beauty supply its in a bright hot pink bottle. It's a clear gloss the really makes my dull hair shine. I'm pretty sure the have it ant any seauty supply store.

Is Jazzing the brand that you are thinking of? :)

yeah man
i got like bronze/copper highlights -- professionally done

and now i have a plum colored rinse -- at home

cuz really
those bronze/copper/blonde highlights aren't lookin too hot against the mass new growth lol.. im using the rinses to make it look a bit calm

I just got a black Alfa Parf rinse this past Saturday with my relaxer. I get it done at the salon.

Yes, I've had both professional and at home color at different times; but probably won't do either again- lifting the color to go lighter is so hard on my hair. I really struggle to keep the remaining colored parts moisturized.

I want my hair to be black-blue, I think that color is so beautiful. I was thinking of trying indigo, but I'm intimidated by the whole henna/indigo/cassia thing. I don't know why :ohwell:

Yes, rinsed jet black for the past 17 years. I've never had my hair rinsed professionally. I've been a do it yourselfer for years.

I'm way too scared to colour. The one time I had streaks my hair broke in different places where the colour was.

No, I haven't had a rinse since the Sebastian line was discontinued; at the time, I used Coffee Bean, but it didn't really change my hair since it is so black.

I have a little light brown on the tips from my last henna treatment, if that counts!

I have permanent color and highlights done by a professional last done about 8 or 9 months ago. I won't be doing it again because color further straightens my texlax and ruins my washNgo. I do cellophanes still--just did Sebastian in Ginger today.

Me too. I love dark hair and I don't want to be a slave to coloring my roots. Plus, everytime I have a hair story gone wrong, color is involved.

ETA: Here I go being wishy washy again-I am newly in love with my colored hair. Still hate the coloring my roots part and hoping that they match up:ohwell:

Hmmm. I rinse my hair jet black every 3 to 4 weeks...Does that count? In terms of permanant I will not color it until it is all even and dumb healthy. I can afford to lose an inch at APL not at collarbone length ..Hell to the naw.

My stylist gave me a dark glossing treatment for the first time 2 1/2 weeks ago when I got a relaxer. My hair is normally in the brownish range on it's own but I wanted something darker for the fall, so I got a "dark brown" treatment. It didn't look that dark when she put it on but after it was rinsed out my hair looked jet black. It was nice, but hard to get used to at first. It still is pretty dark but I can begin to see it fade a bit since it wasn't permanent.

Yeah i got highlights done for the first time last year June/July by my stylist. Biggest mistake of my life! Now i'm paying for it big time; breakage!

My color is growing out now and it actually looks kind of nice. But when I first did it, it wreaked havoc on my hair. So I'm scared to do it again. Seems like I could dye it all the time with no prob when I was relaxed, but my natural hair is like :nono:

I used to be colored all the time years ago. I want to color my hair. Maybe I will pick something up at the drug store within the next few days.

Yes, Ive been using and home coloring with Dark and Lovely permanent Chestnut Blonde for over 12 years, same color. My hair has been fine. no drying from it. No problems at all.

I was a constant color fiend. Every time I got bored with my brown hair I colored. But I did the ultimate mistake and colored it a blondish color in Jan. Now that I'm trying to retore my hair to it's natural health, I realize that wasn't the best thing. I'm just trying to recover from the color and transition, because my hair is really damaged.

Yes! I have been coloring my hair for years. Last November I started having a professional do my color. Frequent moisturizing and deep conditioning has been the key for me to prevent breakage.

my natural hair colour was brown with a gold streak on the left side (most women in my family on mom's side have it) Since I did the BC my hair has been growing out really dark....I have no clue why :(

Anyways I want to color my hair but I don't want a permanent color. My bf also thinks I should get highlights.

When I dye my hair, I do it myself, at home. I always go for blonde highlights, but instead I end up with reddish-orange streaks all over the place. It turns out better than I had anticipated and I always like the end results. The color is growing out of my hair now. I think I'll get it professionally done this time. I'm going for a consultation next week to see how much it would cost and see what the color would look like. On the other hand, I just ordered some colourshines in coffeebean, so I'm going to try that out for a while to see how I like it.

I wear semi-permenant color= rinse.... I had my hair dyed while in college and it was the absolute worst thing I could have done to my hair.. My hair needs constant moisture and it seemed like it was never enough moisture..

I got my hair professionally colored 2 years ago. I've enjoyed the color but I'm so glad to see my natural color again. The color is all the way at the bottom of my ends now and it will probably be a while before I get my hair colored again.

Yes, I color. But only black. When I was younger I tried the lighter browns, and it never did bode well with my hair.

Last time I colored was in January (Bigen blue/black). I want to re-color w/this same color sometime this weekend. I miss my black hair :ohwell:
