Hi I'm DRKC01 and I am a PJ. Today I spent 50, yesterday 30, and before that day 40. How many of you are PJ's like me? Introduce yourself and share your story.

PJ checking in As a member 3 years in for me personally PJism has never gone away completely, but it has calmed down considerably I would suggest doing alot of research before buying a product, as opposed to buy stuff because they are the "hot" items. It took me a minute, but I've figured out what my hair likes. You'll get there too
But um..... just out of curiosity, what did you get?
I used to be a pj, but after buying product after products and finding that 9 times out of 10 my hair didn't like them, I got discouraged and stopped buying them. I just stuck to my staples. Everyone and a while I'll buy a new product, but I don't buy in bulk or as often anymore because I just feel like its a waste of money. I keep thinking about the other stuff I could be doing with the money.
There is an old thread called "you might be a product junkie if". Use the search feature to locate it. I think you would enjoy reading a few of the post. Girl you will FIND yourself there and many of your product junkie sisters. HHJ
A series of over priced products that didn't do jack for my hair have helped cure my pj-ism. I was reeeeaaaalllllyyyyy bad this month (check out the July "what did you buy this week" thread ). I'm ashamed to even state how much money I've spent this month on hair related stuff .
A homemade concoction worked 50-11 times better on my hair than the crap I've bought this month .
I should mention that I recently cut off all of my relaxed hair thus causing the pj monster within me to emerge .
