I know, I know I just posted progress pics, but I had a little fun yesterday and did some highlighting...now I'm not an expert and you'll see that (they didn't come out as light as I wanted) but it gave my hair a little color

Thanks girl...it was my first time and I was all nervous...plus it turns out my hair is pretty resistant to color, I had to leave it in the maximum time allowed, and I was under the dryer the whole time....and it still didn't come as light as the box was....but I'm just happy to have a change

I was worried about damage so I only put a few pieces in the very top....yeah I'm still a chicken

I went to Sally's and showed the guy a pic of what I wanted and I said "Tell me how to get these"

He showed me the L'Oreal Feria, I forgot the name of the color but it was orange. I also got a chunking cap and that's about it.

I was going to have them professionally done, but someone messed them up last year and since I seem to do my own hair better than anyone else I decided to go for it!
