Got bored and gave myself some highlights!

So, I dyed my hair dark brown a while back and as always the color eventually fades out and leaves me with this orangeish-brown color which i totally hate. I don't want my hair dark any more but was absoloutely bored with this awful color. Not being able to stand it anymore I gave myself some highlights in the front of my hair to my bangs only and straightened it just to see how it looked. You can see a little of my natural hair texture and the awful faded out color too in this pic.

don't be so harsh, cowardly lion was my favorite character. the color is really nice

thanks! i use herbal essences dangerously straight iron me flat finishing spray. i spray a couple of squirts on my round brush run it through the piece of hair i'm gonna straighten, and have at it. it works great and gives great shine.

thanks!! i only dared to highlight the top, cuz goodness forbid my hair couldn't handle it and it started breaking i would rather it be my bangs then all my length lol. i don't worry about the dying as i haven't expierenced any breakage from it the times i did use it. highlighting is a bit more harsh so i only did the bang area.
