I thought i was the only one...I just tried this technique over the weekend and I couldn't believe how tangle free my hair was!!! It seemed like too much work at first but I'm so glad i tried it! I used to dread combing my hair out after a wash but i'm actually looking forward to it this time.

I fully decided to go natural as of May 23, 2004 (last day of perm) into a natural. My new growth is so pretty and I never know that I had hair like this!!!

I'm so shocked you would'nt believe it...I may not a 4a/b not sure now! I also read Lisa Akbari book "The Black Woman's Guide To Beautiful Hair" and it literly changed my hair-life for good. I highly recommend it

I know how you feel...I felt the same way once I started wearing my hair out and I realised that it my hair COULD look pretty, and could grow!! I was soooo clueless before..I can't say enough good things about this board, it is truly awesome.
