OMG The OLD CON...IS BACK!!!!

Im sorry im little loss, but is the red bottle(Argon Shampoo) suppose to be like the old CON??

Because im looking at the old con ingredients now & it is not the same:ohwell: I have my old CON shampoo(from atleast 3+ years ago) & the ingredients are completely different. Maybe this one will be better.

I saw it yesterday in a BSS on 125th St. That stuff looks thick as all heck. I think it might work just as well by diluting it.

I may purchase it to try it on my DD's hair, so I can keep my expensive *** Keracare all to my self. I dilute this one and it works just as well.LOL

I have a small packet of the conditioner I will use it when I deep condition next month.

Someone I spoke to indicated this is a great product. I have yet to find it.

I tried it on my sister's hair, which is natural 3b/c fine and it worked just as well as the old formula, wasn't drying and gave tons of slip; I was so tempted to skip dcing because it was late and I was tired but I didn't. I'm going to try it on my hair tomorrow, hopefully it works the same for me.
 
Picking this up tomorrow, trying it over the weekend, will definitely post a review. :D Nothing has worked for my hair since I ran out of the old CON, and I do mean NOTHING. My hair went from healthy to crappy, no lie. So I really hope this one works the same.

NOTHING has ever compared to my original CON and since this was before LHCF I was caught off guard when it disappeared. I finally found it yesterday and washed my hair first thing this morning. ArganCON may not be exactly like the old CON but its the best thing I've used since the original went away.

I'm relaxed, grazing BSL. Hair can get really tangly using the wrong shampoo. After 2 washes with the ArganCON my hair was very easy to comb (like it used to be). I followed up with conditioner for an hour and then rinsed/blew it out (was in rush) but my hair feels great with little product on it.

I don't even feel like using these other shampoos up - my makeup brushes will have to think they are fancy for a while as my hair belongs to ArganCON.

I've never written a review so if there are any specific questions just ask.

edited to add - I bought at BSS on Fulton Street downtown Brooklyn (both of them :look:)
 
I tried it last night on my hair, a little background information about my hair, I'm relaxed and currently at 6 months post, my hair is about 4-5 inches shorter than my Dec pic in my siggy because of horrible breakage and a tangled mess from BKT. The slip/ detangling properties is like the old CON, but it leaves the hair feeling a bit cleaner, it left my 6 mos post relaxer hair detangled but not as conditioned as the old CON, I followed the shampoo with my joico k-pak regimen. All in all I'm pretty satisfied with the ArganCon moisture and shine shampoo and will definitely continue to use it.

*sigh* then it's not exactly the same then. :ohwell: I'll give it a try then come back with a review. I have gym tonite and need to poo so here goes nothin. :giggle:
 
Honi It's not exactly the same, but the reason I liked the old CON was for the detangling properties and the fact that it was sulfate- free, and since I received virtually the same results as the old CON IMO its quite comparable.
 
I agree...the new CON is not as detangling on my hair as the old one was on my relaxed hair, but the old CON (which I have too) wasn't as detangling either. I would say they are very similar.
