Posted pics. One has the ingredients. Eta: my BSS had the full argan oil line.

Didn't the old one have balsam and wheat germ oil?

Dang the ingredient list is different. I will not lose hope yet, I will remain optimistic and wait for a review. I am trying to refrain from running out and purchasing it because I just restocked my old stand by shampoo.

I had planned to hit the bss stores today b4 work! I hope it's on the shelves here in DC. However I rem the original having more ingredients. But I will give it a try! Thanks for the pics!!

AFter seeing that wack *** ingredients list I will stick with my expensive Keracare detangling shampoo. i like th ingredients better

Yes, I believe it did. Unfortunately, I never got a chance to use the old one. I think someone posted the ingredients from the old one in this thread somewhere, but it's definitely not exactly the same.

For Houston ladies, it was at Beauty Empire on 9615 Fondren Road at South Braeswood.

No problem. Being a PJ, I went ahead and purchased it :giggle:. My hair felt nice after using it (I'm under the dryer DC'ing now). It reminds me of the KeraCare sulfate free shampoo, only more moisturizing. KeraCare leaves my hair soft, but a little bit too clean. With the new Cream of Nature, my hair felt like I had cleansed and done a rinse out conditioner instead of cleansing only.

After I shampoo'd, I towel-dried my hair to put a rinse on and I had enough slip to apply the rinse and comb through my hair without tangling - my hair is texlaxed. Since I never tried the old CON so I can't compare the two. Hopefully, someone who has tried the old one will be able to chime in. I have tried literally over a dozen shampoo during my hair journey and I'm hoping this one will be a keeper.

Oh, it smelled good. A little perfumey, but not too strong.

Solitude.

Thank you for the review.

You mentioned it reminded you of Keracare but keracare leaves the hair feeling a little too clean. That is waht I love about Keracare I like that clean non producty (not a work IK). I like a clean slate when using conditioners after and this does not cause a problem.

Makes sense. I usually use a cleansing conditioner or regular conditioner to clean my hair, but I use KeraCare poos before rollersetting to get my hair clean enough to have bounce and volume.

That ingredient list is pretty similar to the old one...can't wait to try it.

ETA: The base is the same, but they left out a LOT of stuff - the aloe extract, honey, wheat germ oil, a ton of extracts....I wonder if those were just cute fillers anyway though, b/c the first 7 ingreds are the same. Or argan oil just costs sooooooo much they couldn't put anything else in there.

I don't get why people are bashing this shampoo already the ingredients pretty much look the same to me sans a few things but that doesn't mean it will be sub par necessarily. I might purchase this soon since I am considering retrying a sulfate free poo again (I am also considering going back to the new Keracare hydrating detangling shampoo). I say people need to suck it up that the old school CON will NEVER return but it does not mean this one will automatically suck.

*looks at location* I'm good with the original for a loooong while. I'm so tired of this argan oil hype.

Okay so why did I have a dream about this last night?? PJism...in my dream, it was just like the old one. Let's hope dreams do come true!

:poke:ill be waiting on your review.......

I found it today! Thankfully, I was rocking a three day old wash n go so I didn't feel too pressed for washing my hair as soon as I got home. I think it's like the old one, but honestly, I was washing my hair in sections for the first time and I was concentrating on that more than the shampoo. But my hair was very "clear" and lacking frizz after shampooing, just like the old one I have. :yep: Next wash, I am going to do a side by side with the old bottle I have. Oh, and the new one smells SO much better.

I picked this up today and put it down.... this is why one should always check the forum before product shopping :look: now I must go on a mad hunt for this.

Has anyone seen this at Sally's yet? I couldn't find it on the Sally's website and when I called Sally's customer service, the rep could only find the other CON shampoos, not the new Argan one :(

I want an ingredient list while I still have the original to compare it to. Has anyone made such a request?
