What type of chlorophyll di you take? Liquid or caps? What does Lecithin do?

Sorry to get back to you all so late, I haven't had computer access in about a week.

I took Nature's sunshine Liquid Chlorophyll (Spearmint Flavor).

Lecithin is similar to taking Omega 3-6-9. Lecithin gives shine and thickness when takin internallya dn used externally.
