I dont remember her saying that at all but I could be wrong:nono: I doubt that her hair was ever that short...what I remember her saying was that she had a bad cut due to uneven layers...the shortest layer was at APL and the longest at waist...she has a pic of it in her chidhood photos. So it took her a while to get her her hair all blunt again. Nonetheless her hair is gorgeous :yep:

Where is her childhood photos? I can't find the album. I want to see what it looked like.:)

thank you for the words of encouragement.. :) ;) :p

I am just so impatient :( and it feels like I am doomed and only destined to be officially shoulder length:D   !!

I have loved her hair for the longest. She has always had beautiful and long, thick hair though. Even as a child and teenager her hair was just jaw dropping. It's definitely somewhere in the genes.

Oh my gosh, I wouldn't want to lead anyone astray! I'm sure she said something like this, but I've been known to have lapses in memory.

I just checked her album and this is her answer to someone who asked her what is the shortest she's ever cut it (hope you don't mind loveya4eva! xxx):

Hi, and thanks a lot for the compliments.

I have been growing my hair for about 7-9 years. The front and crown was cheek length and the back was belly button length lol.

When i think about it, i did a big chop in back in 2003 because i had some damage from using Loreal unfrizz products, but i aways forget..... i lost about 7 or 8 inches i think.

No more mysteries!!! But this goes to show that we can grow our hair to great lengths from cheek to waist length, with a lot of care. Very inspirational! Here is someone who has done it.

Truly inspirational head of hair the thicknesssssss and length is beyond words. Jenny too

WOW....
I would LOVE for my hair to be classic length like hers! Her hair is very thick. I will have to add her to my friend's list. She has beautiful hair!!

Her hair is no joke but I personally couldn't handle all that.

I don't know if I could handle long hair like that either. I'd love to find out!

Okay, I'll admit it, I didn't think 4b hair could get that long.

Any type of hair can grow very long. I think the key is just taking good care of your hair. I was surprised to see she was relaxed, her hair is THICK and I can tell it still has some curls. Definitely looks more texlaxed since its not bone straight.

I noticed that too. I figured she just straightened to show length. That is some awesome hair right there.

It's obvious someone--maybe her mother--was really taking good care of her hair when she was a child. She had a nice length of hair back then. Someone knew what they were doing.
