About IPs, what sistaslick said has some merit to it. Also, people sometimes use programs that can mask their IPs so you never really know. :ohwell: I think it would be best if you just forget about it... is it really worth your energy? I think not.

and from the peope who say Im "caught" here I am right here, I have NOTHING to hide I didn't leave a message on someones fotki hatin that is so stupid I am so caught up in getting my OWN hair together I am ot even trying to critique anybody elses, like I said all the people running their mouths and dont even know should really check themselves. I am soo upset b/c I love this community like this is my family, I cant believe people will talk about you liike that I am so hurt, I know this internet but still I feel like everyone here is my family. Cant believe I am letting the internet get to me. There so many hackers and sh*t out here anybody could pose as me, ALSO how do you know I am not at the library using a PUBLIC COMPUTER??

Candy don't let stuff like this bring you down and don't let it stop you from doing you. Although it was a good suggestion, I don't think you even have to go so far as showing your scalp (love ya JC! :kiss: ). Your fotki album is for you. You don't have to present your pics in a way that caters to others.

IMO, a better option is to cut off the comment feature. And if anyone wants to leave you comments they can PM you. :cool: I know how words can hurt, but don't like the hate in. Haters will never stop. I am a fairly new member and I have seen stuff like this happen more than once. You have to brush it off. You already see all the support you have here. Know that it is the majority of us.

Hmm, that's unfortunate that the IP's were linked if you didn't post those comments b/c it really did make it seem like you did. However, it's good that you posted to clear the air and defend yourself. Is there anyone else who could have had access to your computer?

Also, if you were offended by my comment, then I apologize. However - it, and the majority of comments in this thread were directed to the person that did post the offensive remark and since it wasn't you then you shouldn't take them as being directed at you. I know that's probably hard at this point but try not too be too upset. Peace:Rose:

I just want to add that when I referred to the "Anon Poster" as a "skeeza", I wasn't referring to you. I mean, the person that posted the derogatory comment is a "skeeza", but I wasn't saying that YOU were the "skeeza". I'm sure it was a mix up with the ip's.
