Truthfully nothing spectacular(sp?). Im not all that consistent with my vitamins. But what I am consistent with is moisturizing with a leave in, sealing with avocado butter and loose bunning almost 24/7,and wash/dc w/heat 2x per week faithfully. I dont put anything on my scalp. I just let it grow and nourish my ends like crazy. I dont comb or brush except on was days (mainly because I stay in a bun). Thats about it. Oh and I pray like crazy over my hair all the time.:grin::grin::grin:
 
Lovely progress for one year..really amazing!! I was just wondering whether I should post for my 6 month update, but now I'm considering waiting for the 1 year mark...hopefully my update will be as jaw-dropping as yours!! :yep: Congrats!!
 
Girl, by this time next year....you will be waistlength if you keep growing like this....wow, amazing!
