DC with Honey's Handmade Hibiscus Mask
Blow Dry with Aphogee's Green Tea Keratin Spray
Big chunky flat twists with a little Hairveda's Almond Glaze and a little Aloe Vera Gel

Washed my hair last night at midnight again. I may just have to get used to washing so late and just nap ahead of time.

Pre-poo: mixture of evoo, jbco, coconut oil - let that saturate overnight
Rinse that out

Wash hair with joico moisture recovery shampoo and conditioner
Deep condition with silicon mix
Salerm 21 as my leave in
Blow dry and flat iron
so I will use kenra blow drying spray , kenra straightening gelee, and chi 44 iron guard

I need to wash. Im being lazy though. If i do actually get to it, i will:

-prepoo/detangle with coconut oil
-shampoo witb whatever i have on hand
-DC with Shea What under the dryer
-apply the sample leave in i got from Silk Dreams, and put my hair in bantu knots

I plan to dc again in the middle of the week. My hair needs love

Bit different this week, partly due to time restraints and partly because I'm getting worried about my shedding.

- Exfoliated/shampoo with Neutrogena T/gel for dry hair
- DC with Keracare humecto, Motions moisture plus and SAA
- Spray with water & SAA
- Dry to 80-90% dry with hooded dryer
- Spray with a bit more water/SAA, seal with argan oil and JBCO on the ends. Three flat twists in to sleep in.

Still shedding :(

@IDareT'sHair

I wanted to try Alter Ego, but it seems almost impossible to get hold of in the UK without paying a fortune :(

However, last week I did a Vatika garlic oil overnight prepoo, and I've added it to the emu oil & jbco mix I oil my scalp with too. I also started taking garlic supplements about a week ago.

Tried black tea rinses a couple of weeks ago too...

@CluelessJL

There are 'cheaper' options that you might be able to easily find like Queen Helene Garlic Deep Conditioner and Nutrine Garlic Deep Conditioner (or Hot Oil Rx).

Look on-line to see if you see either/or both of those.

HTHs

Wash with CON Argan Shampoo (I intended to buy a sulfate shampoo today but I forgot)

DC with Joico Moisture Recovery Balm
Leave In CON 7 in 1
Blow dry on cool and find a new creative protective style. I'm trying to stay away from that bun/brushing my hair back.

Had 30 minutes to get ready to see the movie The Martian, and my twistout was not quite salvageable (heat damaged ends weren't cooperating).

Ended up doing a wash n go, effectively losing my stretch, via the following process:
  1. Shampooing with Giovanni 50-50 shampoo.
  2. Co-washing with As I Am Coconut Co-wash (since the Giovanni always leaves my hair feeling a little stripped).
  3. Applying Kinky Curly Knot Today as my leave-in (only because my Giovanni light leave-in wasn't in the shower).
  4. Sealing with Eden's Shea and Coconut oil mix.
Hair feels pretty soft and is quite elastic. Although the As I Am Coconut Co-wash always gives me shrinkage, it also always pops my curls so nicely.

I probably should twist my hair tonight to be ready for church tomorrow. But I'm still just lying here with Rosewood on Hulu. Guess I'm resting until the nephews I now help care for get home. Where is my motivation? :)
