I'm in I purchased (4) 30 count bottles of the old Nioxin from Sn2000.com for $8.71 each.

I'm not sure if the Formula has changed or if it's just the look. If someone knows please share.

I will be taking 2 pills a day

Will continue with my One A Day Weight Smart and Total EFA

I plan on taking these for 90 days before I report results

I'll add that I've been using the Follicle Booster, Scalp Therapy, Cleanser and Strength and Moisture for awhile now with great results. My fine 4A hair has gotten much thicker, I experience less breakage/shedding and my edges are filling in nicely. I had a bad experience with micros a few months ago. I plan on using only Nioxin Products next year, it will be hard because I'm a product junky and have so many products but it's worth a try.

I am in as well--I will go and get mine this weekend.

2--are any of you going to continue w/ your multi-vit or any others while doing the challange?

I'm taking 1 day ... have been for about 3 weeks. The growth is normal, nothing accelerated.

On the first week, I tried taking two but I got sick...I think it was just too many vitamins for me (since I also take a multi and MSM).

So, I got my first supply today and took 2 on the spot. I got them from Trade Secret for 17.99 plus tax. I called in and had the sales lady hold them for me. I got the last one. She said that they sale those things like hotcakes and "they never stay on the shelves". Hot! This is great because it will basically be my multivitamin only enhanced w/ hair-growing herbs.

I've been taking them faithfully since I started (i'm on my third bottle of 30 pills but I take 2 a day) and i'm not sure how it's going to be honest. I think I use too much stuff to notice!!! I will continue to take them but after this bottle, I'm going to take 1 a day (as directed).

Today, a chinese girl in my workplace who has beautiful hair and perfect ends told me she takes hair vitamins and her hair stopped shedding/breaking. I asked her what kind she takes but she only told me her mom sells hair vitamins. She couldn't give me too much details as we were sitting in our very boring company Monday am meeting. I'm so curious bc she has some beautiful hair!!!!!

This is my Update. I've been taking mine for about 3 weeks. I dont' see any changes in the hair as yet, but WOW! my Face is gorgeous. I'm prone to blackheads and this is the first time i'm blackhead free. i also see changes in my nails.i'm a nail biter and when i try to grow my nails they grow soft and break. now they're growing so fast and strong. I figure it's going to take a while to see progress in my hair, so i'll update when i see any difference with my hair.


ps this the first Hair Vitamin i have not had some kind of bad reaction to, so i'm very pleased

I have found that I have not found any great growth from them after 30 days--which I know my still be too soom to tell---but I will finish my bottle and most likely return to my previous hsn vitamim from WalMart.

im thinking of doing the same also with just going back to taking the cheaper vitamins...i use to just use prenatal vitamins, biotin and vitamin e...im thinking of starting to reduce the amounts because i am taking alot...now im taking almost like close to 10 vitamins...

funny you should say this, but i'm also retiring these pills from my mix! I haven't noticed any amazing growth spurts like Indefinite did and i'm starting to wonder if it was bc she had prescription prenatal pills with the nioxin pills. Either way, i'm going back to my cheapie vitamins!!!!!!!

I also have been taking mine since the 6th of December, faithfully, twice a day. I have also not noticed any additional growth from them. I purchased two bottles of 90 tables so I have scaled back to 1 a day and shall continue taking them until both bottles are depleted. I will probably find a lower priced multi-vitamin to go with.

I finished my bottle last week and don't plan on buying anymore either...I am gonna continue with the vitamins I was already taken. I don't really know if they were worth the price to get so few vitamins per bottle.

I didn't really notice much of a difference. I got my usual 1/2 inch a month. I may stop taking vits all together. I've kinda fallen off with them already anyway.

In order to remember to take them, I've got the bottle on my work desk.

congrats it could be that you were missing nutrients and these kicked you into high gear where someone else who isnt deficent might not see a real spurt either way it takes your body about 2wks to build up on the vits

so i think a month of these might not be enough to really judge but after 2months if you dont see anything people might want to dump these

MsPortugal, perhaps your right, I been taking them for gosh I am not sure now when we were first talking about it I went out to get them and I haven't notice any changes but my skin on my face is smooth and my nails are long and harder now then before but other then that no major change in the hair area I might take prentals to see if that is a factor I was told by my doctor to take them anyway for my eyes ( yeah strange) anyway that is what he said so I might stick with it a little longer and then after I'll say Feb I will stop. I am in braids now so its not like i can really measure the growth but my braids or in tight so I guess i would notice right away if my hair was growing like crazy. I can't wait to see Indefinites pictures. When I took Biotin years ago my hair grow about 6 inches in three months. I was deficient in the area and I had a mad growth spurt and then it never happenend again. Interesting.

I would like to join this challenge! I've been taking them sporadically during the month of January. I'm definiately going to get serious about these vitamins during February. I'm going to stick with them through the end of April. So far, my nails have become stronger and are growing faster since taking these vitamins.

I'm still taking mine, have about a month to go, I haven't seen any major growth increases, now it's just a matter of having made a commitment to using them up so I'm taking them until they're gone.

One side note is that my nails look great!

I bought a 30 day supply and have about 10 days left, and I'm trying to not jump the gun and say the pills are working, but I have a boost in length. My hair is bigger, but being natural, it's gonna be a minute before my hair looks longer.

I agree....I ran out of mine and was almost tempted to go into Trade Secrets yesterday to get more. Not sure of the growth because I am not due for a touchup until April. My beautician constantly tells me how healthy my hair looks and feels, which I am sure is contributed to the other things that I am doing but my nails are definately looking good.
