I'm in I will start on the 18. I have final exams to stress over from Dec 12-16. I have been looking into a new challenge for the New Year. I also plan to do the C&G challenge while my hair is transitioning.

I started mine today...I only took one because I took my Biotin, GNC Nourish Hair and Evening Primrose earlier today. I might just stick to this instead of taking 2 of the Nioxin.

Also, these supplements have Wild yam in addition to the Saw Palmetto. Both of these are found in breast enhancement treatments. We shall see. Plumper boobs and longer hair....my SO will be thrilled.

Totally off topic= but the girl at the Trade secrets here act like she didn't know what the Nexxus Aloe Rid Treatmeant was, long and behold after my third visit it was sitting right there in the tube, next to the aloe rid poo. They just don't know anything about hair, nor the products in the store they work in, pitiful.

wow - that's interesting... i went to a trade secret here and asked the guy about it and he was totally clueless and tried his best to convince me that there were no such things are nioxin vitamins.. so then i had to prove him wrong and showed them to him right on the shelf... then he said, they must be new... so then i had to gently tell him that they've had them since they opened that location many months ago cuz i saw them then but in the trial packs... the poor boo boo was so confused...

I just purchased the 30 day supply. I'm excited about trying them. I wonder if they'll increase my breakouts.

i read some reviews online and a few people said they did get breakout one lady contacted Nioxin and she was told the pills were detoxing her. I guess once the detox is over you should be cool maybe if you increase your water intake it will counter act the breakouts

my 90 day supply arrived today i took 2 and my daughter took 1 not sure about letting her take these giant horsepills

i will continue my biotin and msm because it doesnt contain enough plus i wanted to start the bargello regimine so i have to compare these pills to her regimine

i got a 90day and a 30 day supply so it should last me 2months i will give it that long

I am gonna take 1 Nioxin along with the vitamins I am already taking...GNC NourishHair, Evening Primrose, and extra Biotin tablets. I probably will give the Nioxin at least 2 months.

I'm in ! I just got my NIOXIN vitamins at TRADE SECRET this evening. I am only going to take 1 Nioxin supplement / vitamin a day starting tomorrow ! I will not take any of my other vitamins. I want to see how well this works on its own.

I will only take one pill.

I made a chart of all my vits and the total amount per serving and % daily value. All of the vits together do not exceed the limit for overdosage, so I will continue taking my other vits as well (GNC Ultra Nourish, Prenatal and EPO).

I get a touch-up next Thursday, so I'll start measuring after that. I will have only been on my "Vitamin Cocktail" for one week at that point.

So my Nioxin Vitamins came yesterday. I'm going to take these as my multivitamin for a month and see how they work. It feels like I have so many vitamins. I don't take them all at the same time though.

1. Multi-vitamin w/Green Tea
2. Hair, Skin, & Nails Vitamin (Not GNC brand)
3. B-Complex
4. Zinc
5. Pantothenic Acid
6. Biotin 600mcg

1. Im taking 1 pill a day....because im taking other pills to aid in hair growth so i dont want to over do it...

2. Yes im continuing with taking my other vitamins...HF37, Silica, Shen Min...

3. Well im going to continue with them until the end of next year 2006...so that i can see the maximum growth...and then i'll start cutting back on alot of the vitamins...

Determine3 is it a capsule or a tablet? cause if its a capsule what s inside i would love to add 2-3 in my thick hair shake when i get started in january i already have a lot of pills to gag on and want to see which ones i can throw in a protein shake

Ekomba, the ones I use are the caplets....uhhh...please enlighten me about what's inside iterplexed I'm so not good at understanding ingredients . BTW..girl..you're hair growth is off da hook!!!! Do you plan to stay natural or will you texturize or perm when you reach your hair goal??? Or will you maintain a big afro and use something like maxiglide if you ever want to straight hair?? Are you going to buy more MTG soon??? (sorry for all the questions)

I been taking Nioxin twice a day - I have seen no change but I am in braids right now - I am glad I can't watch it grow but still my hair has grown a lot around the parts you almost can't see them and its been braided up for two weeks as of today.
