Nexxus Assure

Hi girls!

I did a search on this, but I didn't come up with any helpful information.

I'm looking for reviews on Nexxus Assure. Tonight, I was in Rite Aid, and I saw Nexxus Assure on sale for $2.84. Th PJ in me wouldn't let me walk past it without picking it up. I've used Therappe, Botanoil, Humectress, etc. etc. It's a Replenishing Nutrient Shampoo, and it claims to help hair maintain its optimal lustre, plaibility, and strength by infusing the hairshaft with an abundance of time released Nutrients. These nourishing ingredients combat the daily stresses from harsh environmental elements including heat, sunlight and pollutants, allowing hair to glow with radiant health. :eyebrows2

So I'm wondering who's used this, and what results they had. I went ahead and picked up the 5 oz. tube, and I plan to give it a go while at home for Christmas.

Any reviews?

I use it very often and love it a lot. I use the combo Assure and Insure. I hightly recommend it. But all hair is different though.

Thanks blackhair. I'm gonna try the Assure w/ Emergencee followed by Humectress next week and see how it goes.

I use it every once in a while following the directions on the bottle letting it sit 3 mins before rinsing out. I think it does what it says it does, but it can be a little drying. After I use this poo, I like to follow up with a super moisturizing conditioner. I do notice that my hair feels pretty strong after using it.

I've used it and my hair and I like it very much, it had plenty of slip, and wasn't drying at all to my hair, I think my hair is just head over heels for Nexxus anything, because I haven't been let down yet. Can't wait to try it w/the Ensure conditioner. Don't forget to let it sit for the 3min duration because I believe that gives it time to penetrate and do what it does best.

Ok, so I tried this poo for the first time today, and WHOA! I reeeeeally like it!

It reminded me of what a protein/clarifying/fortifying poo would feel like. It wasn't drying and it didn't make my hair hard, but my hair did feel stronger and thicker after the poo.

And the smell!!! I looooove the way it smells...but I'm often drawn to smells that are bizarre. It's not fruity or anything...I'm not even sure what that smell is...but it's something I can't put my finger on. I like it though.

So Assure gets a thumbs up from me. I won't be using it regularly b/c I'm transitioning to natural products. Nevertheless, I had a good wash tonight, and I'll enjoy the rest of the tube.

I use Nexxus Assure poo. I purchased it for the first time back in October. I love it too, and yes the smell is lovely.
