Has anyone ever used this site to order products? They give free shipping to orderes $45+ I was going to use it to order my next batch of Nexxus products. I'm thinking about trying the "Assure" Nutrient Shampoo. Anyone tried it?

When I first went shopping for Nexxus hair products I was considering them but then, I found a website that had the products I wanted at a cheaper price. No, I have not used Assure. I do not think it would work on my 4b hair that has a tendency to be dry.

I was thinking that if I used the humectress Conditioner it would compensate for the shampoo...My hair tends to break so I thought this shampoo would be a good thing.

Oh yeah... I got them from [ http://www.goddess-within.com/ ]. You are probably right, the Humectress would compensate, if dryness were to occur. You could also try the Botanoil shampoo to treat breakage.

I haven't tried Assure yet, just Therappe and Botanoil. Botanoil works best on my 4b hair, followed by Humectress. I'm thinking the Assure's protein may not work with my hair.

I have never tried assure but I used to order from just 4 hair all the time. Its a very trustworthy site. it used to be free shipping with $30 but they changed it to $45

I just had to put my 2 cents in about where you ordered your Nexxus products (goddess-within.com). From reading your post I got steaming mad again from seeing the name of that merchant and also the bad customer service and headache I had with that merchant trying to order Nexxus products from them. It was torture and I ended up ordering from another merchant (beautydeals.net). I agree that goddess within may have cheaper prices for Nexxus products but their customer service sucks. I ordered from them and I noticed that I didnt even get an order confirmation after placing my order. So I followed up via email and phone to find out when I would be getting my order. I could never ever get anyone on the phone regarding my order only voicemail. I didnt get a reply until days after telling me that it would not be shipped until a certain date. Then after that date came I was told that they were out of one of the items. By that time I was so pissed and I cancelled my order immediately. They told me they cancelled my order but yet I still got a confirmation saying that my order was shipped out after I ordered from the other merchant. You know I was steaming mad. I could never get customer service after that, until long after and it took forever to get a refund after I sent back their products. That was the worst experience I ever had since I have been ordering from online merchants. But now I am so happy I am now living in NY where I can find it at my local beauty supply. Thank God. Whew!!!!!!! Yuppy!!!!!

PS. I dont' know if they have improved their customer service but I sure had hell with them.

once just 4 hair messed up my order so I sent them an email. They wrote back - apologised told me to keep the wrong product and sent what I asked for within 5 days.

So I got something for free and I think it was like a $20 conditioner
