1. Get control of my PJism. Either sell as much as I can or give the products away, but try not to buy up all this stuff.
2. Continue to relax only twice a year. I've seen a major improvement in my hair by stretching. If for some reason, I cannot stretch another 6 month, then I'll stretch for as long as I can, 4-6 months.
3. Give up direct heat. I was disappointed in the Sedu and actually sent it back to the company (they have a 30-day money back guarantee).
4. Transition to all-natural pratices and give up poo. I'm trying to only use poo once a month or every now and again. I want to do an all-Ayurvedic challenge to see how my hair thrives.
5. Scale back my supplementation to 2 or 3 supplements rather than all the stuff I'm taking. Perhaps sticking to a good hair vitamin with enough biotin, pantothentic acid and b-complex to keep me going. Continue my multi-vitamin with iron.
6. Improve diet for hair by increasing veggies/protein and not so much junk food. I do well with the water and exercise already.
7. Keep up with the protective styling. I think this is working well for me. I wear protective styles 99% of the time.
8. Continue to do rollersets for the first 3 months of my stretch, then airdry for the final 3 months of the stretch.
9. Keep a Fotki, updating every 3 months with journal entries and updates.
10. Continue to support my adopted LHCF Baby Sisters as they continue to reach their hair care goals.
