New Here - Trying to find Silica

Hi,

I need to seriously update my profile, include photos and all that but in the meantime I'm on the hunt for Silica.

I take Biotin and MSM and I wanted to ass Silica to my daily vitamin intake but I can't find it anywhere. Not our local GNC or the drugstores nearby, is this something only found at health stores?

I'm currently trying to speed up my hair growth. I just had my stylist cut off 3 inches when it was only supposed to be at trim I'm pissed off as you can imagine and want my 3 inches back... QUICK lol

Any tips on where to find this puppy?

I don't know what stores you could get it from. I live in a small town, so I have to order almost everything online
