I am staying at my parents in Las Vegas. All I brought with me was shampoo and conditioner and gel. I left in a hurry.

Anyway for the last month I have been washing my hair and letting it air dry with conditioner and or rinsing the conditioner out and but the gel in my hair. Then it drys wavy..

I have been washing about once every 4 to 5 days and conditioner washing every 2 days.. My hair is dry, I am sure it is. Plus, I have color.. So, I need something inexpensive, not involved to moisturize my hair...Maybe something in the kitchen or something I can run out and buy... I will only be here for another 2 weeks or so.. I would prefer to keep heat out of my hair.. Plus, it am about 11 weeks out for a relaxer..

Any ideas,.

Yes!!!!

This is EASY! I hope it helps while you are on Vacation.

Rosemary Spritz -
5 oz of distilled Water
1/2 cup Rosemary (dried)( Buy it from the Supermarket)
3 Peppermint Tea Bags
2 oz Aloe Vera juice ( Drink the Rest):yep:
1/2 oz Glycerin
1/4 oz jojoba oil
20 drops of rosemary Essential oil

A bottle

Boil water in a Pyrex cup in the microwave.
Remove from the microwave and add rosemary.
Cover with Saran Wrap and allow the mixuture to steep at least 3 hours.

Pop the Pyrex cup back into the microwave for 1 minute.
Refigerate for 1 hour.

Strain liquid with cheesecloth or coffee filter into a separate container/bowl. Add Oil, glycerin, Aloe and mix. pour in to an 8 oz bottle , and then add 20 drops of EO.

This should remain refrigerated - as there is no presevative...this is a GREAT herbal leave in.

(WARNING - IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR NURSING - avoid using ROSEMARY!)

From the Kitchen: honey, molasses, ripe banana, ripe avacado, cornstarch, dash of salt = these can all be added/mixed with a condish for extra moisture.

From the Bathroom: vegetable glycerin = add/mix with condish for extra moisture

LEAVE IN MOISTURE:

--2 parts water + 1 part honey
--1 part water + 1 part glycerin
