Natures Bounty Vitamins

Has anyone ever used these? I saw them at CVS yesterday. I was looking at their Biotin 1000mg.
If you've used them were they any good. Please post any reviews or opinions.

Last month, I took Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin, & Nails tablets (90 ct I think)...3 tablets a day. I don't know if it did anything for my hair or skin but my nails grew a little bit faster.

Nature's Bounty is a part of Puritan Pride. These are excellent supplements. When I was at CVS, I noticed that they had started to offer the Biotin 1mg. Puritan's Pride biotin works great for me.

When I've run out and needed some Ester-C or something, I look for this brand at CVS.

Watch for the coupons in the bottles. I bought 4 bottles of Ester-C recently and found coupons in little plastic wraps.

Is there a big difference between C and Ester C? I recently bought Vit.C to take with MSM.

yes, i have used Nature's Bounty. i haven't tried their biotin. now i only use Puritan Pride products. they have the best deals. i only get 1/2inch a month of new growth if i'm taking vitamins. my friends can't believe my growth

Jade 21; I purchased the Biotin. How many should I take a day? How long does it take before you see results or know if they're working.

Oregonchick; I'm loving your vitamin regimen, simple. I noticed that you take a prenatal vitamin. I've been thinking of trying prenatal vitamins instead of a multi. What brand do you take? Why did you choose a prenatal?
