I ordered the Multi Vit & Mineral complex and the B-Complex from iherb (as liquid supplements are better than tablets, plus I'm sick of popping pills)
Any ladies tried these, if not...well here's a liquid supplemement to try.
I ordered 3 bottles of each which should be here within the week I'll keep everybody posted.

UK ladies order from the iherb.com site they want to charge £20.95 for one bottle that costs £5 ($11.10) on the US site. I ordered 6 bottles 3 of each including DHL shipping for $133.35 (about £65)
