I rollerset when I was if I am wearing my hair straight. Then I wrap it and wither sleep on it or wrap it with plastic wrap and sit under a hood dryer for 10-15 minutes.
The results are good and have gotten better over time. My roots are smetimes curly because I cant keep them straight on the roller so I have to flat iron them but, the body and shine is super and usually minus the heat damage.
