Aveda Elixir has been discontinued by Aveda. I think you can still get it from ebay.

I use either:

Abba Nourishing Leave-in
Elucence MBC
Paul Mitchell The Conditioner

ETA: sometimes, I will use water + carefree hair and scalp spray + glycerin mix

I'm using Redken Anti-Snap, water/glycerin/CD black vanilla leave-in, and usually CD Hair Balm!!

Jane Carter Revitalizing Leave-In

Great thread. I'm transitioning so this is very helpful. Right now, I find the Cantu Leave-In Conditioner works well. But from this thread, looks like Giovanni Direct Leave-In, Lacio Lacio and DevaCurl are the products to try...

im using (alternating between) tresseme curls creme and sunslik defrizz leave in. i like them both. i also sometimes just use some diluted conditioner.

I'm currently using Jamaica Cactus&Lime leave in. It comes out of the bottle thick however goes on like a liquid leave in. It adds shine to my hair. I use it under my styler.

I've rediscovered Daily Doctor leave in. It leaves my hair nice and shiny, without being greasy. You only need a little bit.

Homemade teas, spritzes, Oyin Greg juice, and every now and then Aphpogee Keratin & Green Tea...for protien.

Afro Detangler and Leave In from Robyn Woods at growafrohairlong.

S-curl activator and a little bit of Nature's Blessing Aloe Vera conditioner. :yep:

I use shea butter, coconut oil, aloe vera gel and castor oil as leave ins. Not your traditional conditioners but they are conditioners.

ETA- I'm getting corn rows this weekend!!! YAYYYY!

I'm using a homemade butters mix, or leaving in a little Elasta QP, or my latest favorite, Premier Cream Rinse.... leaves my hair like cotton candy...

Oyin Honey Hemp conditioner for my sponge roller sets. And I think I spray my hair with Oyin's Juices and Berries 3 or 4 times a day because I love it so much. My hair has never been this soft when it's dry. I LOVE it.
