OP: I'm actually looking for a good natural salon/stylist in the Philly area.

I've been transitioning since Jan 2008 and have not visited a salon since then. I miss someone doing my hair and I'm in need of a good cut; not so much for a BC b/c I was texlaxed before and my ends are pretty thick but for a style and some much needed pampering

I have finally made the decision to visit a natural hair salon after first doing the BC 3+ years ago! I have just decided on getting a cut/style/condition and wash which should cost me close to $200 BUT I need a professional trim/cut done! There are many great natural salons in NYC but I decided to go with Christo 5th Ave after hearing great reviews for Tameeka. I am SO nervous but I'm hoping it turns out well. :)
