My kitchen has been short for years. Help!!

I felt the same way for a long time. My kitchen was always short and dry. Moisture was the key. All I did was spray with s-curl and seal with an oil (olive oil or castor oil depending on what i needed) and after a few months it started to catch up the rest of my hair. It was slow going but it's made alot of difference. Keep it moist and it'll start to catch up.

Don't tie your head scarf tight. The friction will do some serious damage to your hairline no matter what it's made of..... I learned this the hard way.

My nape broke from shed hair collecting there on wash days and the tangles would form and lead to breakage during comb outs. I now wash in braids and am extremely mindful of that area. Thank you ladies for all the wonderful advice, I love LHCF. I plan to baby my nape with moisture as you ladies have suggested and seal with my JBCO. I've ordered some Boundless Tresses as well, so I look forward to that helping my nape catch up with the rest of my hair.
