My hair said, "%*!#^, please!!!"

I decided to pre-poo and conwash today,skip my usual deep condition treatment, and just use a leave-in. My hair said , and proceeded to turn this awful, rough texture, tangle, shed, and told me, "Get RIGHT BACK to the sink, wash that leave-in out, and deep condition me like you've BEEN doin. You must done lost your mind !!!!". Needless to say, I did as instructed . Anyone else have "product or procedure addicted" hair?

If I don't use my hair's favorite protein conditioner at least once a week, oh man...I better be prepared for it to jump off my head and slap me.

There seems to be a very fine line between enough and too much product. If I use too much, my hair wont move. I feel like I use the same amount every time but my hair is soooo fickle

You guys are so funny! My hair definitely does not like to be pre-pooed or cowashed. Just wash, condition, and go. Thats it!!
