Let's just say, the last time I cut down to the new growth, when I came home, the first thing my mom did was laugh and called me Shirly.... from "What's Happening".
Have you ever seen an afro, Elvis style? My hair tends to grow faster on the sides and in the front! yikes!

I also used Dudley's Total Control cuticle sealant that day. My style was freshly unwrapped and sprayed with it not too long before I took the pics. Thanks again...

At this point... I just want it to grow, natually. but if it gets as long as sweetcocoas, that's good, too! her hair's so pretty, dang... Previously, it was shoulder-lenghth.. that's the longest I've gotten it. But back then, I wasn't focused or paying special attention to what I was doing wrong/right.
