i think imma have to jump on the prenatal and msm wagon starting....... today

by december hopefully i'll be were u are today

does msm or prenatal cause weight gain

hey!!!! the prenatals did not cause me to gain weight. i have been taking them for a while but when i first started to take the msm i gained weight and my boobies got bigger at that time i was taking 3-6 tabs per day but now i'm down to one every other day. my skin was soooo clear when i was taking the higher dosage...i loved that part...

How often do you relax?

Do you let your hair rest in between weaves? If so how long?

hey girl!!i relaxed jan1, march 11, and june2. i wanted to stretch for 6 months but my hair was starting to break after only 11 weeks so i had to relax it. i did let my hair rest in between weaves for a couple of weeks. i would wear a fall during that time or bantu knot sets or bun...i hope this helps
