SummerSolstice Thanks so much for the pictures their wedding was beautiful! The sand in one vase represents the wife's family and in the other the husbands they pour them in a bigger vase together symbolizing the families joining(marriage)

We did sand because the chapel didn't allow candles. It's like unity sand, once combined it cannot be separated- 2 become one.
