My Clock Is Off- And It's Driving Me Crazy...

All my posts show up listed as an hour off from the time it currently is. Right now it's like 9:30 but when I submit this post I will see 8:30. How can I fix that? It's been like this since the time change.

Thank you! I went to "edit options" changed it to "central time" and "DST always on", and now I'm on time
