mullet!! =(

hey ladies! my hair has been growin pretty well but i have one major problem...the front of my hair! (like where i used to leave out hair to make my weaves blend) its so much shorter! i need some help or advice on how to grow out the very front of my hair (the bang area i guess lol) because i dont want to end up with a mullet ...has anyone been sucessful in doin this?

The only way I know to get rid of a mullet is to cut the longer hair. I don't know if you can make just one part of your hair grow faster than the rest. And if you have a mullet now and your hair is all growing at the same rate, the only way to change the layers is to cut.

or invest in some sort of growth aid (if you believe in them) and blend the 2 lengths while you grow it out.

aren't too many options out there.

lol no i dont have a mullet, it was a joke..i was just sayin that my bang is short now and i wanted to grow it out

Oh, okay. Can you cornrow the front and leave all the rest out?

Just don't cut your bang and it will grow. I have only dusted my bangs and they are a little past my chin. It will take some time.
