Please Help I need hairdo advice

Hi ladies my hair you can check my album is sort of in an in between stage just shy of a mullet and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what hairdos I can wear. Because I have really reached a point of frustration I don't want to go back to wearing wigs I really want to wear my natural hair out, but I don't know of any good hairdos to do. Please help!!

Thank you I'm kind of tired of the headbands but I think I might take your advice and try Bantu knots or twists that sounds cute
