where did u order it from??
I ordered it from milbrook, got 2 bottles, and they were in stock

For those having a hard time getting MTG, look in your local phone book and see if you have any equestrian stores in your area. That's were I get mine.

I use MTG on my scalp for stimulation, and my hair from time to time for strengthening. I find that it makes my hair very thick though.:D

I don't put MTG on my scalp. I fear product buildup. Besides, the product was made for hair growth. Why would you put it on your scalp? Please, help me understand.

Girl! Growth starts from the scalp (staff). To get more tech. it starts from within. Everything thing you eat and drink effects your hair growth. I put it on my scalp once or twice a week. I mostly use WGO.

I hate this stuff in my hair, so I just use it on the scalp, and I am geting very good results from it, so much that my hubby wants me to use it in his hair!

I only add it to my scalp, I dont see many ways it could benefit the length of my hair. Plus, normal oils smell a lot better so i'd rather put those throughout my hair.

I'm back to using it on my scalp and my hair (from what I can feel in cornrows) is so soft...wow.

I apply it to my scalp only using color applicator bottle. All I can say is I am glad that I met this stuff, my itchy, tender and iritated scalp is LONG GONE! This is a keeper. And a little goes a long way, so no fear of the smell because I have learned how not to use too much to make it run everywhere and grease up my pillow cases.

hi...what is MTG? I searched but there's way too mayn threads to go through!

Mane-Tail Groom. It's made by a company named Shapley's and its intended purpose is to increase the length and sheen of horse's tails and manes. But, most likely due to the sulfur (and maybe some secret ingredients :) a lot of ladies have also found that it increases the growth of human hair as well and it works good for thinning sections of hair. Of course, you can't expect a miracle, but I always see an increase in the speed and thickness of my growth when I use it. You might want to read some of the background threads, there are a lot of mixed reviews and opinions. :o

I apply it to my scalp only. I made the mistake of massaging it through my hair and it caused my neck to break out.

Ooh girl, I was just thinking about starting a thread about this!! I have been using MTG for about a month now and I noticed that the back of my neck, sides of my neck and my hairline just above my forehead area are starting to get a little dry and scaly.
I use a mixture of MTG with other oils so I also use it throughout my scalp and hair. I have stopped using MTG for now until I can figure out what is going on. What are you using for your breakout?

When I began using mtg the same thing happened to me. My edges started to break and everything. My problem was I was not mosturizing, just using the Mtg. So I stopped mtg altogether until my edges came back(and it did). I am hesitantly going to start up again about only 1x per wk. and still moisturize 2xday.

I accidently voted no. I only put MTG on my scalp. It frequently does get on my hair, but I try to avoid it.

no, surge either. Surge scared me becuase people were complaining about breaking out in rashes.

I prefere all natural human products.
