Ok, you all have convinced me to hop in my car and get some of those. Your hair turned out great!

Great results with so much NG! These things are phenomenal! Your hair looks very pretty, BTW.

Wow!!!! Yes!!!! So pretty!!!!

OK.....

How many packs did you use?
Did you use extra long & wide or long & narrow?
What made your application easy or less complicated?

I wish a relaxed LHCF lady would make a youtube video on curlformer application....hint...hint... :look:

OT: 'm relaxed...i didn't do a video..but i did do a detailed tutorial in my fotki if that helps...

ok back to this thread....Ur hair came out beautiful. They're so full!!!

Your hair is beautiful.

Looks like everybody's having success with these except me. :ohwell:

What do you mean? You dont like the way it's comming out or you cant get them on?

Well, I got about 3 of them to go one right. The others didn't, and it was very hard to do. It took me 4 hours to set about 9 of them. Then I just gave up, since I had class the next morning. I'm waiting to see if any natural heads similar to mine has a good experience with this.

Thank you! I got the kit which contains 40 long&wide and 6 short&wide plus I purchased 2 packs of the extra long&wide I used 51 of them. I found out that you can double stack them if hair is sticking out after I purchased the additionals:wallbash: so i probably didnt need them. I want to try the long&narrow next when I get some more money:yep:

OK! I purchased the kit and one extra pack just in case. My hair is no where near your length so I should be okay. I practiced on my dry hair and it slid on with no problems. I'm going to try a full set in the morning - If it doesn't work out, I'm taking them back...

The kit was $59.99:ohwell: Extra packs are 10.99 and 12.99 I was like daaang! Just for some curlers! But you should have seen DH eyes when he looked at the price on the box:eek:.

I purchased mine with my Sally's Beauty Card. If you're a frequent shopper at Sally's, it is worth it! A 1-year membership is $5 and if you buy the kit you basically get the card for free. The kit with the card was $54.99 and the extra pack was $9.99. Get a card for future discounts, even if it is only a $1 or $2 dollar discount, it will add up overtime! Sometimes the discounts are $5 or more.

(My DH gave me the same look too :lachen:)

Gorgeous!!
Those results are fantastic. It seems that the curls gotten from Curlformers aren't quite as Shirley Templish as those from straw sets, and rubber twisty rollers.

I'm so tempted to order some Curlformers. Dang :wallbash:

Agreed. I'm so glad that I held off and didn't buy any flexirods. These curls looks much softer and less little girlish.

Oh, and 7 months of NG and your hair still looks like this? I am soooo getting these. My Sally's is wack though so just gotta find them! This has probably been answered in one of these threads but are they being sold online anywhere? That might be easier for me.

Your curls are BEAUTIFUL!!! I'm definitely going to be getting some. Between this and the Pibbs (which I have yet to receive )...I won't be buying any more hair products for a very long time!
