Money taken out twice How can i get it back?

I just renewed and my money was taken out twice on two different days. I went to where it said contact us and it prerry much gave me the run around. Is there anyway I can get my money back?

I apologize for any inconvenience. Usually whenever there is a problem and you submit a ticket, (by clicking the 'contact us' link) I will resolve the issue withim 48 hours. Please don't forget that you have register your user account on the ticketing system just like you did on the forum in order for it to work :). If your account was debited twice, 99.9 percent of the time this happens because you set up two subscriptions, at two different points in time on your account.
