Mizani ButterBlends HELP - Size that you use?

I want to order the Mizani BB system from Payne's Beauty Supply. They have the 30 oz size and the 4 lb size. I've never bought my own relaxer before, so my question is: Which size would you go with for one touch-up?

My hair is pretty thick and it'll be 14 weeks post by the time I relax. I'm afraid that the relaxer may 'run out' before my stylist is finished applying it (and I know she does not carry Mizani BB in her shop). Usually when I get a relaxer, my stylist uses about 1 and a half cups of the little plastic cup with a handle that most salons use to apply chemicals.

I know I don't need all 4 lbs, but is 30 oz enough?

Did you finish up the whole 32 oz cup or was there some left over? Thanks for the reply.

My 30 oz tub lasts for multiple touch-ups. I just touched-up today (12 weeks of NG) and I still have plenty left over.

I had the same thoughts as you but since I knew I'd be using it again, I just purchased the larger size (better safe than sorry). 30oz will probably be enough but if it stresses you, maybe you should purchase the larger size. If it's the MMB with lye (I'm not even sure if they make it without lye) you can save it and have it for your next touch-up.
