Yeah, I live in Austin and if you're just interested in black men then Houston and Dallas are better choices. In Austin, I'd suggest going out up north around The Domain and in Round Rock. Maybe Pflugerville. Most of the black people live just outside of Austin.

Otherwise, I think the bar scene and in sports leagues/outdoor activities are how most people meet their partners.
