are there any special steps you girls take before/during/after doing a protein treatment? the last time i used Aphogee Two Step, my hair felt...really strecthy..is that normal? my hair just isnt as strong as it used to be

if this helps: for weekly dc, i alternate between Nexxus humectress one week and HE Break's Over, or Garnier Fructis Length and Strength the next
